Fits very well! Quality is good.

I've never worn impact shorts because they were too bulky and uncomfortable. My days of hip and tailbone bruising are over I! love these shorts because they are subtle on the padding but protect in just the right places.

Just wore these shorts for 4 days straight snowboarding in CO. As it was my second time snowboarding, I fell a LOT. I have to say, these shorts delivered much more than I expected.
Protection: No tailbone pain whatsoever - these shorts came with very soft tailbone padding that really delivered. I had a few small bruises in areas where there was no padding (mind you, I tried to pull off a few probably ill-advised jumps and ate it). Nice added layer of warmth for the bum on the chairlift and in the snow doing up bindings/waiting.
Fit: Really flattering considering they are impact shorts - didn't have to size up my pants and they were undetectable to the naked eye under my Burton Indulgence pants. Very comfortable - I didn't notice I was wearing them. For reference, I'm a 5'6"145lbs female and I chose a medium for this (and my Burton pants).
Build quality: I expect these to last me a few seasons. Some of the stitching pulled out because I yanked them up pretty hard putting them on. Padding seems like new still. Not sure how they will turn out in the wash, I plan to hand wash or put on delicate cycle and air dry...
Bottom line: if you are looking for a good impact short - this is your best bet.

So I am trying to be stylish on the hill with my slender pants (the Superforma's which I bought from Seek Everest, too) but needed some padding so I can try new things. These pads fit the bill. They are slim and fit under my pants perfectly. I don't even feel like I have them on unless I am driving.
I got a size large. I am 6'1" tall and weigh 155 pounds. I shred in the good old midwest where we have hard snow and lots of ice and I feel they have padding in all the right places and meet my needs perfectly.

I am a solid size M, and the size M shorts are very snug. Very. Snug. I can get them under my size M ski pants perfectly. I snowboard, and fell (getting off the chairlift, as always) and my hips didn't know what hit 'em. I have a bruised tailbone from last year's adventures, and with a doubled up tailbone pad, I didn't have issues. Good protection, but snug if you're a full-sized medium.

I usually wear xs-s size legging and I felt that S is a little bit tight for me. The protection effect on my tail bone is perfect! The slim short does its job. I tried other two bulky shorts before and they didn't really work any better than this one. I would recommend.

I ordered these after my second day learning to snowboard when I hit my tailbone pretty hard on some ice. They work great on the tailbone and hip areas (even with a previously-hurt tailbone), although I wish they had a *tiny* bit of padding on the butt in between the larger pads. That being said, I've continued to wear them through my learning process and never hurt again...at least not on my tailbone or hips.
I ordered a medium (usually a 7-8 pant size) and they fit very, very snug without being constricting at all. Plus, they're so low-profile you could probably wear them under jeans if you wanted to without anyone knowing.

Just started my first snow season snowboarding. After falling through the first day, I got this the very next day to save my tailbone. And it does the job very well ever since! I normally wear xs for pants/leggings - I had small size and they fit well. I could have my baselayer underneath and it didn't feel tight. I used them for a few times now and they did absorb the impact very well.
