Return Policy

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Damaged or incorrect items are only eligible for exchange.

Cancellations may be processed within 12 hours of the original order via the Return Portal below only. No cancellation requests will be offered through email.

Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee

All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Restocking fee and return shipping will only be waived for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item received
- Incorrect size received (according to the measurements on the sizing chart, not the tag)
- Incorrect color received
- Missing item
- Physical measurement is 3+cm off from sizing chart measurements
- Broken package upon arrival

Customer is eligible for a reshipment/refund if:
- The item is not delivered within 37 days of shipment
- The package is lost and verified to be lost with the carrier
- The package has not moved from a location within 32 days.

Please have photos available to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

To return, exchange or cancel an item, please visit https://untamedarctic.com/a/return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges will only be processed through this portal.

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address within 30 days of purchase:
